Clinical Research Associate (Entry)
- Department: Clinical Monitoring
- Role: Clinical Research Associate
- Experience: Entry-level
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Health or Life Sciences preferred
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science field
- Background in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related areas
- Willingness to travel 60-80% nationally
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Clinical Research Coordinator experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with good documentation practices
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
- Verify source documentation and case report forms
- Ensure investigator and site compliance with protocol
- Review regulatory documents and investigational product accountability
- Assess patient recruitment and retention
- Document monitoring findings and deviations
- Communicate effectively with site staff and sponsors
