📋 Job Profile & Responsibilities
- ✔ Responsible for part development and approval in coordination with cross-functional teams
- ✔ Prepare URS and support machine selection and finalization
- ✔ Participate in FAT and SAT to ensure equipment performance and compliance
- ✔ Manage mold development activities as per production requirements
- ✔ Execute packaging validation in line with quality standards
- ✔ Conduct trials on packing lines to ensure efficiency and output quality
- ✔ Perform transit trials to assess packaging strength and product safety
- ✔ Provide troubleshooting support on shop floor packing lines
- ✔ Coordinate with vendors for implementation of new technologies
- ✔ Investigate packaging-related batch and stability failures and implement CAPA
- ✔ Review and approval of Master Packaging Card & Pack Style
- ✔ Review and approval of Artworks
- ✔ Review of BOM, Item Code in SAP
- ✔ Exhibit Batches planning and Monitoring at floor
- ✔ Developing Packaging Material Specification
- ✔ Support site in CAPA, Market complaints related to Packaging
- ✔ Support Regulatory for registration sample generations for new filings
✅ Competencies Required
- ✔ Strong knowledge of packaging design, Master Packaging Cards, and pack style approval
- ✔ Expertise in artwork review and approval as per regulatory and branding requirements
- ✔ Proficiency in BOM verification and SAP item code management
- ✔ Ability to plan, execute, and monitor exhibit batches on the shop floor
- ✔ Skilled in developing packaging material specifications in compliance with standards
- ✔ Competence in handling CAPA and resolving market complaints related to packaging
- ✔ Coordination skills for supporting regulatory submissions and registration sample generation
- ✔ Experience working with regulated markets – US, EU, Brazil and understanding compliance requirements
