- Educational Qualification:
(i) Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from AICTE recognized University + Registered with Pharmacy Council of India
OR
(i) Diploma in Pharmacy from Board of Technical Education, Govt of AP or equivalent + (ii) Registered with PCI + (iii) 3 years experience in reputed corporate hospital - Desirable: 3 years exp in 300 bedded super specialty hospital + Computer knowledge
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2026)
- 18 to 42 years (G.O.Ms.No.109 dated 08-10-2025)
- SC/ST/BC: 5 years relaxation
- SVIMS Adhoc/Outsourcing/Contract with 5 years service: 5 years relaxation
- Max age with all relaxations: 52 Years
- Note: Hindu Religion only eligible as per TTD Service Rules G.O.Ms.No.1372 dated 25-10-2007
Reservation & Nativity
Reservation as per Rule 22 and 22-A AP State Subordinate Service Rules. Posts reserved to natives of Andhra Pradesh – must upload study certificates 7th to 10th for 4 years OR residence certificate from Tahsildar for 4 years preceding SSC as per G.O.Ms.No.729 dated 1-11-1975.
Method of Recruitment & Exam Pattern
If applications < TEN: Weightage of marks in qualifying exam + experience + interview
If applications > TEN: Computer Based Online Test via AP Online Service
- Qualifying marks: OC 40%, BC 35%, SC & ST 30%
- Question paper in English only
- Total 100 Marks: Written Test 75 Marks (75 MCQs, 90 mins, no negative) + Experience 15 Marks (1 mark per 6 months block in Govt/Semi Govt/Public or 500 bedded hospital, max 15) + Interview 10 Marks
- Tie: Elder in age, then more experience
- Wait list valid 1 year

PART A – Pharmacy Domain: Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence (Pharmacy Act 1948), Biochemistry & Microbiology, HIMS
PART B – General: General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (Current affairs, history, geography, Constitution), Computer Knowledge (MS Office, internet, networking)
