📋 Key Responsibilities
1. Tech Transfer QA
- ✔ Support new product and technology transfer activities
- ✔ Review and approve tech transfer documentation
- ✔ Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Regulatory teams
- ✔ Ensure GMP compliance during technology transfer
2. Audit Compliance QA
- ✔ Prepare and coordinate internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- ✔ Track CAPA implementation and audit observations
- ✔ Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality systems
- ✔ Maintain audit readiness across departments
3. Qualification QA
- ✔ Execute and review DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols
- ✔ Ensure qualification of equipment, utilities, and facilities
- ✔ Prepare qualification reports and maintain documentation
- ✔ Coordinate qualification activities with cross-functional teams
4. Validation QA
- ✔ Review and approve validation protocols and reports
- ✔ Monitor Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Hold Time Validation
- ✔ Ensure compliance with validation requirements and regulatory guidelines
- ✔ Maintain validation documentation and records
5. IPQA
- ✔ In-Process Quality Assurance activities
- ✔ Monitor production processes and GMP compliance
✅ Who Can Apply?
- ✔ Candidates with 2 to 8 years experience in QA
- ✔ Industry Preference: OSD – Oral Solid Dosage Pharma or Nutraceuticals Manufacturing
