📋 Key Responsibilities
- ✔ Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring high-quality deliverables
- ✔ Lead pharmacovigilance projects across global markets and multiple products
- ✔ Manage ICSR processing, signal detection, aggregate reporting, and risk management activities
- ✔ Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines and SOPs
- ✔ Monitor project timelines, KPIs, and SLAs
- ✔ Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates
- ✔ Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables
- ✔ Support audits, inspections, RCA, and CAPA activities
✅ Candidate Profile & Skills Required
- ✔ Experience: 5 to 10 years of Pharmacovigilance experience
- ✔ Technical Expertise: ICSR Case Processing, Aggregate Reporting, Signal Detection, and PV Compliance
- ✔ Management Skills: Project/Client/Account Management within Pharmacovigilance
- ✔ Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of global regulatory requirements GVP and international client management
- ✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
