PRODUCTION – NASAL/OPHTHALMIC (29 POSITIONS)
Position : Senior Manager (01)/ Manager (01)/ Assistant Manager (2)/ Senior Executive (2) / Executive (12) / Operator (11)
Qualification : M. Pharm / B. Pharm / D.Pharm / ITI / DME / DEE
Experience : 4 -15 years of relevant experience
• Experience in sterile, Ophthalmic, Nasal manufacturing, filling, packaging and autoclave operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on exposure to aseptic operations, GMP compliance, and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in CIP/SIP systems, filtration skid, PUPSIT, filter integrity testing, leak testing, and autoclave validation,
• Experience in operating equipment such as Filling Machines, Labeling machines, Serialization & Aggregation Systems (Track & Trace).
• Knowledge of material handling, dynamic pass boxes, disinfectant preparation, and Grade B/C area cleaning & sanitization.
• Willing to work in shifts with strong focus on personal hygiene, discipline, documentation practices, and quality compliance.
QUALITY CONTROL (ANALYTICAL) – NASAL/OPHTHALMIC (10 POSITIONS)
• Position : Senior Executive (2) Executive (4) / Officer (4)
• Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
• Experience : 3 -10 years of relevant experience
• Extensive hands-on experience in testing of raw materials, finished products and stability samples, with specific exposure to ophthalmic and nasal dosage forms.
• Proficient in handling analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, TOC Analyzer, Karl Fischer (KF Titrator, Spray Pattern Analyzer, Plume Geometry Analyzer, Dose Uniformity Test System (DUTS). Particle Size Analyzer (laser Diffraction), and Cascade Impactors (NGl/ACl).
• Knowledge of instrument calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance activities is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
• Hands-on experience in handling LIMS and performing testing and documentation activities electronically.
• Experience in analytical method validation and analytical method transfer activities.
QUALITY ASSURANCE – NASAL I OPHTHALMIC (4 POSITIONS)
Position : Manager (1) / Senior Executive (1) Executive (2)
Qualification : M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M. Sc
Experience : 5 -15 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing, washing and filling activities, and in BMR and BPR review and release activities.
• Extensive experience in handling deviations, breakdown-related investigations and impact assessment on batch/process, in coordination with Engineering and Production.
• Extensive experience in vendor qualification and vendor audit activities, including preparation of audit checklists and audit reports.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Agreement / Technical Agreement drafting and review.
• Practical experience in vendor risk assessment, approved vendor list management and periodic vendor requalification.
