We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Trainees within the Production Department. This role offers a unique entry point into the dynamic Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (API) industry. The position is structured as a 1-year apprenticeship, specifically tailored for freshers with no prior professional experience. Graduates from the 2020 or 2026 batches are particularly encouraged to apply. The workplace is situated at our advanced facility in Derabassi, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities for Apprentice Trainees will include:
- Assisting in the daily batch operations integral to API production.
- Diligently monitoring production equipment and critical process parameters to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive production records and operational logs.
- Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Providing valuable support to senior chemical engineers in various process optimization activities.
- Learning and implementing safe practices for the handling and storage of raw materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
Prospective candidates must possess a B.Sc in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. This apprenticeship is exclusively for freshers with 0 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates who completed their studies in 2020 or are graduating in 2026. A strong willingness to work in rotational shifts is essential. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate good communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute.
